I need to change the dates on my Disney trip but nothing is showing up

Well, hello there, Elizabeth! Thanks so much for reaching out to us at planDisney, our magical little corner of the internet where we help Guests find their way and answer every Disney vacation planning question along the journey!

So while your vacation reservation details are likely not at 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney, like in Finding Nemo, I’m sure we can “just keep swimming” until we find them. Log in to your MyDisney account and select "My Plans and Tickets" from the My Disney Experience menu. Then, scroll down until you see your reservation under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" heading. Click the "Change Reservation" option next to your reservation and follow the prompts to change your dates and complete your modification.

If you cannot find your reservation here, let’s try something else, like when Marlin and Dory rode the East Australian Current to help them get where they needed to go. Sometimes, a reservation has to be linked to your My Disney Experience account for it to show up. This happens to me when I make a reservation with Disney Vacation Club. Simply go to the linking page of the website, click the "Select" button under "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package," type in your confirmation number and the lead Guest’s last name on the reservation. Then, click the green "Next" button, and follow the prompts. Afterward, you can go through the steps above to change your dates.

If you still can’t seem to find your reservation after trying these steps, it might be time to call in a little extra help, just like Marlin and Dory did along their journey. The friendly Cast Members at the resort would be happy to take your call and help you out. In fact, they will treat your plans with care and make sure everything is handled smoothly, the exact opposite of Darla, the dentist’s not-so-gentle niece from Finding Nemo.

Now, Elizabeth, summer is such a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, and this summer is no exception. You’ve got Cool Kids’ Summer, with so many unique and fun activities at each of the theme parks, so you’ll be able to explore it all like Nemo exploring the big blue world. Plus, the newly reimagined Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin in Magic Kingdom Park and Soarin’ Across America at EPCOT should both be open when you visit in June. There are also so many newly refreshed experiences around the parks to enjoy if you haven’t been in a while!

If you have any other questions, I’m more than happy to help! Like Dory, I’m always here to lend a fin, and I have a better memory, too...not vast oceans better, but better!

    Fish are friends, not food,
    Matt
