I need to change the date of my one day tickets in July but have been on hold for 3 hours today. The app gives me an error about my tix already being linked. How can I get this accomplished quicker!?

    Hey there, hi there Casey!

You must be so excited that your visit is just around the corner. Before you know it, you'll be on your way to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

To change the date of your tickets, I recommend trying once more, using the web version of My Disney Experience. Sometimes I have better luck here than on the mobile app. In your My Disney Experience account, go to the "My Plans" section and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker." If an option appears next to the tickets that says “Modify” or “Change,” they can be changed online. If not, you will need to call (407) 566-4985, and a Cast Member will help you with the modification.

I know it's frustrating to experience such a long hold time. I find that early in the morning is the best time to call, so pour some coffee in your favorite Disney mug, grab a snack, and browse the Disney Parks Blog while you wait. Hopefully, you won't be on the line quite as long this time around.

As soon as your tickets are valid for new dates, be sure to make theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass System. This will be an exciting year to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and you won't want to miss a minute of the fun!

I hope this helps you, Casey. Thanks for stopping by, and don't hesitate to reach out again if you need anything else.

    Have a magical day,
    Betsy
