    I need to change the credit card I have on file for my monthly payment for the annual pass. How do I do this

    Welcome to planDisney! It's always nice to hear from a fellow Florida Resident annual passholder.

    One of my favorite benefits of the passholder program for Florida residents is the ability to spread the payments over a year, interest-free. You can renew passes and verify your residency online, but I do not know of a way to change the payment information online after your renewal. My suggestion would be to call the support line set up just for passholders -- (407) 560-7277 -- and ask a Cast Member there to make the change for you. Or the Cast Members at any Guest Services location at the theme parks or Disney Springs should be able to assist.

    As you make your plans for your next visit, Susan, please be sure you have made your park entrance reservations using the Disney Parks Pass program. And the latest updates on operations and enhanced health and safety measures can be found on the Walt Disney World website.
