The Most Magical Place on Earth is just a few short days away, Arlet. I’ll be happy to help shed some light on your question regarding theme park tickets. Let’s hop right to it!
Based on what you’ve told me, I believe you purchased
date-based theme park tickets. If that’s the case, when you made your purchase, you would have selected a start date for your tickets. Depending on the number of days you purchased, you will have a set window of time to use them in. In most cases, Guests can change the start date of their unused tickets to a new start date. Note that if the new start date is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. You may also be able to add additional park days, though there will be an additional cost for each day added.
You can do this via the
My Disney Experience app or the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World website. To change your tickets on the My Disney Experience app, from the main screen tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen and select “Tickets and Passes.” Once you’ve located the ticket you’d like to change, tap “Change Ticket” and then select new valid ticket dates. To change your tickets on the Walt Disney World website, navigate to the “My Disney Experience” tab and select “My Plans.” Under the “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” heading, locate the ticket you’d like to modify and select “Change Ticket.” If for whatever reason you don’t see these options, or if you would like some help with this process, you can
