Hi Kerri!
Thanks for visiting us at planDisney! Did you know that there is currently an
offer for Disney+ Subscribers that may save you up to 35% on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels for select dates this holiday season? To learn more or see what other offers may apply to you, you’ll want to visit the
Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World Resort website and log in using the email associated with your Disney+ account.
If you’re only using the Disney+ associated account for Disney+, it sounds like you would benefit from merging your two My Disney Experience accounts. To do this, you can chat with a Cast Member using the chat feature on the Walt Disney World website, or you can call and speak to a Cast Member by calling the number listed under “
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+.” You’ll need some information handy, like the email and address associated with your accounts. I think merging the two accounts will help prevent a mix-up in the future!
If you choose not to merge the accounts, you still need to call and speak to a Cast Member at the number listed under “
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.” Once again, have your My Disney Experience account information on hand and your Disney Resort Hotel Reservation number.
I hope this was helpful, Kerri. Are you attending any holiday special events during your visit? I recommend checking out
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom Park, but there is also a new event,
Disney Jollywood Nights, in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Tickets for these events are on sale now. If you can’t make it to one of the holiday parties, you can visit EPCOT for the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. You can listen to a celebrity narrator tell the story of Christmas during
Candlelight Processional, or if that doesn’t appeal to you, visit the
Holiday Kitchens and enjoy traditional holiday food from around the world. I have attempted the
Holiday Cookie Stroll in the past, and while every cookie was delicious, I am glad I had a friend to share the cookies with!
If you have any future questions about planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, you can
