I need to cancel my vacation that is upcoming. How do I do that?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Lester!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question and come alongside you to help you in any way! Thank you so much for this great opportunity!

I am so sorry you need to cancel your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. Mickey Mouse and his pals completely understand when schedules change, and please know you will be greatly missed!

There are two ways you are able to cancel your Walt Disney World reservation, and it depends on the type of reservation you have. The first way is to sign in to your My Disney Experience Account and go to My Reservations. This is where you will find all the details about your reservation. If you are able to cancel your reservation through your My Disney Experience Account, you will see a link for Cancel Reservation.

Sometimes, Guests are only allowed to cancel by phone. If this is the case, you will see a message letting you know to call 407-934-7639 to speak to a very helpful Cast Member. NOTE: There could be a cancellation fee depending on the type of reservation and if you cancel within a time period that is very close to your vacation arrival date.

I hope you find this information helpful. If you have other questions, please let us know! AND...when you are ready to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation, we are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
