Hi Marissa!
I'm so sorry to hear that you have to cancel your Disney vacation! I truly hope you're able to find another date in the future to visit The Happiest Place on Earth!
If you're positive that you cannot make your current
theme park reservation, I recommend canceling. This will free up a reservation spot for that date, allowing other Guests to book! To cancel your current theme park reservation, you'll need to log in to your Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation".
Theme Park Tickets do expire. Currently, one-day tickets purchased through the
Disneyland Resort are valid through December 30, 2023, and multi-day tickets must be used by January 12, 2024. But great news! After the expiration date, the price paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price! So even if your tickets expire, Mickey and his pals have you covered!

See ya real soon!
