Hi Casey!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad that you found us hEAR!
Oh, dear! While I do wish that you were writing to us with a better, more fun question, I'll do my best to try and help.
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets are non-refundable. While regularly priced tickets are generally valid for about a yEAR, the
value of what you paid will never expire. So if yours is a situation where a planned trip is no longer happening, you might still be able to use these tickets by rescheduling the date without doing more than checking the
Park Pass Reservation calendar. Or, if you don't yet know when you'll be able to make it to Mickey's house in the future, you can print or take screenshots of the passes you have now and store them somewhere for safekeeping. Then, when you're ready to return to The Happiest Place on Earth, you'll call the
Ticketing Cast Members who can swap the tickets you have out for current passes. They can be reached at (714) 781-4636.
I want to point out that the 'Cancel' button refers to the
Park Pass Reservations that you've already made with these tickets, and not the tickets themselves. While it's not necessary to cancel the passes you have, if you know you're absolutely not going to make it to the parks on those planned Disney days, I'd go ahead and cancel them as those spots will open up for other Guests to be able to book.
I'm so sorry again, Casey, that your plans changed. I hope that when you're ready to return to the magic you'll reach back out with any more
Disneyland Resort planning questions you may have. Be sure to follow our
official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And remember, you've got a friend in the planDisney Panel!
