If I need to cancel a ticket reservation, will I get a refund?

    Hey Angelique!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I just returned from the most Magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort! I loved the all new Avengers Campus inside Disney California Adventure Park! It was so fun exploring this new immersive land and being able to see some of my favorites like Iron Man and Captain Marvel. You’ll want to hang around Avengers Headquarters so you can see your favorite superheroes in action. Don’t forget to stop by Pym Test Kitchen where you can enjoy food of epic proportions.

It sounds like you’ve already purchased tickets for a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Unfortunately, the Disneyland Resort does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. If you need to cancel a reservation you are welcome to make a new reservation for a new date in line with the tier you purchased or for a lower tier day. You can do this up until the ticket’s expiration date. If your tickets were to expire, then you would still receive the value paid towards the purchase of a new ticket.

Well Angelique, I hope you found this information useful. If anything else comes up please let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
