I need to cancel the ticket of one member of my group. How do I do this and will I get a refund

Hello there, Rita! Welcome to planDisney, we’re all EARs!

Oh no, I’m so sorry one of your group members will miss this visit. That does make me sad, fingers are crossed they can still squeeze in a yes to the trip.

Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable. What I recommend doing is reassigning the ticket to a different Guest or hanging on to the ticket until the next time they can visit. Wholly unused and/or expired theme park tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new ticket equal to or greater than the value of the existing ticket. So even though the ticket won’t be used when everyone else uses theirs, it won’t go to waste.

I’m truly excited about your upcoming visit. Can you believe that you will be visiting during The World’s Most Magical Celebration? Not only will your visit be filled with so many new experiences, but did you happen to see all the new merchandise that will be available in honor of this celebration? I told my husband, jokingly, that I would take one of everything! Although, I might not be entirely joking.

Have a great time and if there’s anything else we can help with, you know where to find us!
