Hi, Irene! Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
If you are referring to
dining reservations, each restaurant at the Disneyland Resort has their own cancellation policy. Some restaurants require you to cancel at least one day prior to your reservation to avoid a fee. If you cancel less than one day before the reservation or fail to show for the reservation, you may be charged $10 per person. Call the Dining Reservations line at (714) 781-3463 to inquire about your specific dining reservation.
If you meant
Disneyland Resort package reservations, cancellation policies vary by how the reservation was made and what elements were included in the reservation. There are a few basic cancellation policies that I can outline that may apply to your reservation if you booked directly with the Disneyland Resort.
If you had a room-only reservation at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels, you can cancel your reservation five days or more before your arrival date without a fee. If you are four days or less from your arrival date, a cancellation fee of one night's room rate plus tax will apply.
If you booked a hotel and theme park ticket package, you can cancel without a fee 30 days or more before your arrival date. If you cancel 29 to 2 days before your arrival, a fee of $200 will apply, plus any fees assessed by third-party suppliers. If you cancel one day prior to arrival or on arrival day, the full reservation price is non-refundable.
I suggest calling the Vacation Packages line at (714) 520-5060 to inquire about your reservation. Please note that these policies are subject to change at any time and other fees may apply depending on your specific reservation.
I hope this information was helpful. Have a wonderful week!
