I need to cancel my reservations from August 8-15 as with the COVID cases on the rise I can’t risk my 3 little kids getting sick. What are my options?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Huma. I'm so glad you stopped by!

I'm sorry to hear you need to cancel your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. As a mom of three, though, I completely understand your concerns. The good news is, when you're ready to reschedule, the magic will be waiting for you!

Not knowing the exact details of your reservations, I can't be completely sure what your cancellation options are. My best advice is to call the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Before calling, be sure you have all your reservation information on hand. I also suggest taking a look at the 2021 Online Package Terms and Conditions. It may be helpful to read before speaking to a Cast Member!

Huma, please stop by planDisney again when you're ready to reschedule your visit. We'd love to help you plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
