    I need to cancel reservations

    Welcome to planDisney Pearl!

    I am sorry you need to cancel your reservations. The good news is that it is quick and easy to make any needed changes; Just log into your My Disney Experience account! In your account, scroll down and select "My Plans." From here, you can cancel Resort Reservations or your Dining Reservations with a few clicks. It is as easy as a wave of a magic wand! If you have any issues, feel free to call a friendly Cast Member and they can assist you over the phone. 

    Hopefully you will be able to reschedule a visit real soon. This is a special time to visit as Walt Disney World is celebrating its 50 Anniversary. You will not want to miss the beautiful Cinderella Castle all dressed up for the 50th! The Castle really comes alive at night with amazing lights and projections. Each evening, the grand finale of a magical day is Disney Enchantment, a fireworks show that is out of this world!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
