Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear you need to cancel your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I know how much work goes into planning a vacation, so I can only imagine what a bummer it must be to have to change your plans. But rest assured, we are here to help and make your cancellation as easy as possible!
First, it looks like you were scheduled to arrive in July. So, there will be no cancellation penalties if you cancel a package more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival. You will receive a full refund on any amounts paid. This includes the cost of theme park tickets purchased via a room and ticket package. To process your cancellation, start by logging into your
My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World Website. From there, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner and select “My Plans.” Scroll down until you see the “Cancel Reservation” button, and click that to process your cancellation. If you do not see that button for whatever reason, you may need to cancel over the phone with a Guest Relations Cast Member.
