I need to cancel my reservation and rebook it for another day. It says this pass has reached its reservation limits. It's booked for a Friday and I want to change it to a Saturday. How am I able to do it without any issues.

    Hi there, Mickie!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask us a Disneyland Resort question. I’m glad to hear you’re getting ready to enjoy a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

If you need to adjust your theme park reservation to visit on a different day than you previously booked, you can make that adjustment online. Log into your account on Disneyland.com and visit “Ticket and Reservation Details” under the “My Disneyland” tab. Select “View My Park Reservations” and then click “cancel” next to the reservation you no longer want. You will have to completely cancel the reservation before you can secure a new one, which is why you may have been having difficulty before. I strongly suggest that you check the availability for your new desired reservation day immediately before attempting to reschedule because the cancelation can’t be reversed. Once you have released the original day, you’ll be able to book a new one immediately, as long as there is availability at the park of your choice.

I hope this helps, Mickie. Please write back and ask us any other pixie-dusted planning questions you have before your adventures begin!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
