I am so sorry to hear that you will need to cancel your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The good news is that when you are ready, we will be here to help you plan.
You have a couple of ways to cancel your reservation, and you can choose the route that works for you. You can cancel online, or depending on the type of reservation, you may need to call the Disney Reservation Center to get assistance with moving forward with the cancelation. If you can cancel online, go to “My Reservations” and look for your reservation. If provided, you should see a link for “Cancel Reservation.” If it does not give you the option to cancel online, you will need to call (407)934-7639, and a cast member will be able to assist you.
Please note that as long as you cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival, any amounts paid, minus any cancellation fees assessed by third-party hotels or other suppliers, will be refunded.
