I need to cancel my reservation for Dec. 26-31 2021 at the Polynesian Resort.

    Jambo Kelly!

So happy that you have made your way over to planDisney for vacation planning advice and tips. I’m a huge fan of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and it’s a sentimental favorite of mine and my family. From Kona Cafe and that epic Tonga Toast to having a DOLE Whip® at Pineapple Lanai, I’m in food heaven at this resort.

Bummer that you have to cancel your December plans. Think of me like your own Zazu the messenger since I cannot make those changes for you, but I can definitely put you on the right path. The best way to accomplish this is to contact a Walt Disney World Vacation Planning Specialist (or your Travel Agent if you used one for the booking).

But...Hakuna Matata! It will be easy to make future plans whenever you are ready. I hope that will include a trek to Disney's Animal Kingdom to take in the Tree of Life in all its glory. Don't miss the Tree of Life Awakenings; it is truly something to behold, beginning after dark and running every 10 minutes or so until the park closes. And I’m happy clapping with the fabulous news that Festival of the Lion King will be returning this summer. Then like Rafiki, we can say, “The King has returned!”

I have such a sense of PRIDE that you entrusted your question to us. If you need more planning assistance, we hope that YOU return to planDisney and we can work on it together.

    Asante Sana!
