I need to cancel my reservation

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Eunice. We're so glad you stopped by!

I'm sorry to hear you have to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" You may be able to cancel your Disney Resorts Collection reservation online through My Disney Experience. Start by logging in to your My Disney Experience account. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down the page that says, "Eunice's Plans and Tickets" until you see your Disney Resort hotel information listed. You may see a link there to cancel the reservation. If you don't, not to fret! You can cancel your reservation over the phone by calling (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you!

It's unfortunate you have to cancel your existing plans, but the good news is, the magic will be waiting for you when you're ready to reschedule! In the meantime, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations!

I hope this was helpful, Eunice. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
