I need to cancel my parking pass and change my tickets to both parks for both days

    Welcome to planDisney, Cherri!

Oh Boy! You’re on your way to planning for a visit to the Disneyland Resort, I’m so excited to help.

Unfortunately, according to the e-Ticket Terms & Conditions theme park tickets, including your parking pass, are nonrefundable. The good news is, you have 2 years, from the date of purchase, to use your parking pass! So hang on to it to use at a later date.

Now, to upgrade your theme park tickets to a Park Hopper, you’ll have to wait until you arrive to do so. Simply visit one of the Main Entrance ticket booths to complete your upgrade, subject to availability. Park Hopping begins at 1:00 p.m., so long as there’s availability to do so. Be prepared to experience double the fun!

Cherri, I hope this helped answer your question! Have an incredible visit and please say hello to Mickey for me!
