Hi Anne,
Welcome to planDisney! You’ve come to the right place for help! I’m sorry you have to cancel your plans, but I’m glad you’re able to reschedule. Just call me your Fairy Godmother because I’m here to help you make a magical transformation.
Head to the Disneyland website and log in to your MyDisney account. Before you make any modifications, make sure your family’s
tickets are all linked to your MyDisney account. This will help you make reservation changes all at once rather than one ticket at a time. Once logged in, you’ll be able to
make and modify reservations. You’ll be prompted to select who you are making modifications for, so select all the guests you want to modify. A calendar will pop up so you can choose the new date and park entrance. Even if you’re not sure when you would like to go, you can select a date and change it later.
If you’re considering changing your plans in the future, I recommend checking
availability for park reservations first. Sometimes park reservations are unavailable due to high volume. I recently made the mistake of canceling my park reservation before checking, and my alternate date was unavailable. It was a Bibbidi Bobbidi bummer, so don’t let it happen to you.
Reservation Tip: Disneyland hosts several
After Dark events that cause the park to close early. It’s a good idea to check the park hours before selecting your date to visit. You don’t want your magic to end early!
Anne, I hope this information was helpful. Adventure is out there at the
Disneyland Resort in 2025. This year marks the 70th anniversary of Disneyland, so there’s a lot coming and returning to the parks. I recommend following the Disney Parks Blog to stay up-to-date with the latest information. If you have any other questions or need help planning, please feel free to write back to me or my fellow panelists. We’d be happy to share our thoughts.
Wishing you a magical trip!
