If I need to cancel my park reservation due to someone being sick, how long do I have to make a new reservation before the ticket expires?

Hi Becky! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by our happy website to ask this great question.

It's the happiest season of all at the Disneyland Resort, and I hope you're getting excited about your vacation! I'm so sorry to hear someone in your travel party isn't feeling well. The amount of time you have to make a new Theme Park Reservation depends on when your Theme Park Tickets expire, and the expiration is determined by the purchase date. For example, if you purchased One-Day Theme Park Tickets today they would be valid now through December 30, 2025. If you were to purchase Multi-day Tickets today, they must be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2026, whichever occurs first. There is generally ample time to use Theme Park Tickets, but this truly depends on when yours expire.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to your account, so I recommend referencing the email you received when you first purchased the Theme Park Tickets. If you no longer have that email, you should be able to see the expiration date when looking at the tickets in the Disneyland Mobile App. If you still need assistance with your Theme Park Tickets, you can call the Ticket Help Line at (714) 781-4636. You will need to provide the Theme Park Ticket ID number, and a Cast Member should be able to tell you the expiration date.

I'm wishing you everything merry and bright, and I hope you have a magical vacation at The Happiest Place on Earth! If you have more planning questions in the future, please visit us again at planDisney. We would love to help!

    See ya real soon!
    Smiles,
