Ahoy, Tammy! Welcome to the planDisney panel. It's great to have you cruising our way.
It sounds like your plans are coming together for your Disney Cruise vacation at the beginning of next year. I understand the need to make changes to your reservation as plans start to solidify, especially as you are preparing so far in advance.
With the changes that you need to make, I recommend
contacting Disney Cruise Line by phone. They'll be able to assist you in canceling the stateroom that needs to be canceled and assessing the ability to add another guest to your stateroom that is reserved. If a travel agent has booked your cruise vacation on your behalf, please contact your travel agent to make the changes for you.
The wait times to speak to an agent over the phone have been elevated recently, so I recommend that you call earlier in the day, during a time that you'll be able to wait on hold if necessary. I'm hopeful that the friendly guest service agents will wave their magic wands and sort it out quickly.
As you prepare for your voyage, be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. From home, you can access a fun character-filled countdown to prepare for embarkation day! You'll also be able to use the app to
book activities in advance and check-in for your Disney Cruise. Once you step on board the ship, the Navigator app will point your compass towards activity schedules throughout your voyage and be your handy guide to the happenings on the ship. And if you'd like to say "See ya real soon!" to Mickey and the gang, you can book a placeholder for a future cruise through the app while onboard.
Please sail our way again if you have more questions as your cruise date approaches. My pals and I would love to help!
Happy planning,
Adrianna
