I need to cancel one guest from our cruise. How do I go about doing this? Is there a penalty?

    Hi, Wendy!

Oh, that's a shame that you're going to have to cancel one of the guests in your traveling party. Cancellations may be made by telephone or in writing:

    (800) 951-3532

    OR

    Disney Cruise Vacations
    Guest Communications
    P.O. Box 10238
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0238

For cancellations, amounts paid -- minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed -- are promptly refunded. All appropriate refunds are made directly to the guest's credit card account or through the guest's Travel Agent.  Depending on the amount of time before sail date, certain restrictions based on category and specific cruises, there can be varying penalty fees for cancellation. For specific information, I suggest looking at your Cruise Contract or reviewing the Terms & Conditions page on the Disney Cruise site.

I hope this helps. For the rest of you, have a magical vacation and bon voyage!
