    I need to cancel one child from my resort reservation in August as my grandson has decided not to come until a later time. Is it possible for me to do this online without cancelling the whole reservation for the rest of us?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's always a joy to answer a question for a returning guest! I'm happy to hear you will be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth in August. We have visited several times in August because my daughter's birthday is at the end of the month. Even though it's a little, ahem, warm, we have always had a fabulous time. We arrive at the parks early, take a nice long swim/nap break in the afternoon, then return to a park for the evening. 

    While I'm sad your grandson can't join you on this adventure, I'm glad you will be planning another adventure in the future! If you visit My Disney Experience online, not the smartphone app, you should be able to adjust your Resort Hotel reservation. Click on My Plans and scroll down to your reservation. On the right-hand side of the page, you should see two buttons. The top button is Start Check-In for online check-in and underneath you will find Change Reservation. If you click on Change Reservation you will be given the option to change the number of guests. As you move through this menu, you will be given the opportunity to choose which guest to remove from your reservation.
