    I need to cancel magical express pick up for my trip next month as we have decided to provide our own transportation. Can I do this on line or do I need to call and wait an hour to speak to someone.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are planning on canceling your Magical Express reservation. This is a complimentary service provided to you and a really convenient way to get from the airport to Walt Disney World. I've used this service countless times myself and am always pleased with the cleanliness, efficiency and overall service I have received. 

    Right now, the best option to cancel your existing reservation on the Magical Express is to call 866-599-0951. A representative will be more than happy to help you with your request or answer any questions you might have about the service. It is true that, in most cases, Guests are experiencing a higher-than-normal wait time due to higher call volumes. You can cancel your reservation at any time, meaning you can certainly wait until you have a free moment and an hour to spare out of your day. When I've had to make changes to my Walt Disney World vacations recently, I find that calling first thing in the morning really helps. I've been able to get through with little to no wait times doing it that way. 

    Do you have the MyDisneyExperience mobile app downloaded to your smartphone? If so, another option that might work out better for you is to open up the chat feature and see if they can cancel your Magical Express reservation for you. I don't know if this is something the agents are actually able to do but it might be worth a shot. When you log into the app you can select the menu bar which is the three blue horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. By clicking this a menu of different options will appear. You can scroll down until you see the option to "Chat". You can open the chat feature up and type in what you'd like to discuss. When an agent is ready to chat with you, you will receive a push notification letting you know. There is still a wait time with this feature sometimes but at least you are free to do other things while you wait.
