Thank you for visiting us today with your very first question. I am sorry to hear some Guests in your travel party will not be able to join you during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Please note that cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions at the time of booking. In order to receive a refund of a deposit made for a room-only reservation, the cancellation has to be made at least 5 days before the check-in date. Although theme park tickets are non-refundable, they may be used for a future visit or reassigned to other Guests. You can easily reassign tickets via the
My Disney Experience app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, and find the ticket you wish to reassign. If this option is not available, please contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 for assistance.
Disney vacation packages including a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel plus theme park tickets have a different cancellation policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the package at least 30 days prior to your check-in date. Since the tickets are part of the package, they are also canceled along with the resort stay.
