Melissa, you will be happy to hear that as long as you
cancel your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation at least five days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. To cancel, log in to your
My Disney Experience account and click "
My Plans." If your reservation is eligible for online cancellation, you will see a "Cancel Reservation" link next to the Resort reservation. If you don’t see the Cancel button, just call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 939-7429 to cancel. Once you cancel, the deposit will be refunded to the card that was charged to book the reservation.
