I just need to cancel my hotel reservation with a good neighbor hotel. I read that I could cancel online, but I cannot find that option. How do I cancel the reservation?

    Hi Lauryn,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!

Good Neighbor Hotels are a great place to stay for Disneyland Resort visits! The proximity to the parks and Downtown Disney District is a great perk. I also tell myself that the money I save by staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel is money that I can spend in the parks for food and souvenirs! “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!”

Canceling a reservation at a Good Neighbor Hotel is easier than trying to pronounce “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”! If you booked through Disneyland.com, then you can go into your Disney account and click “My Hotel Reservations” to view your reservation and cancel. If you still cannot cancel the reservation, you can speak with a “Practically Perfect In Every Way” Cast Member at Walt Disney Travel Company who can assist with canceling your reservation over the phone! “And just like that, the job’s a game!”

I hope your next visit to the Disneyland Resort is sweeter than a spoonful of sugar! If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
