    If we need to cancel due to medical reasons, will we get a refund and how do we go about it?

    I am sorry you need to cancel your visit to Walt Disney World. Hopefully you can reschedule your vacation real soon!

    You can cancel your vacation on your My Disney Experience account. Under "My Plans" you will see your reservation and make changes there. You can even modify dates if you know when you would like to return. If you prefer, call a friendly Cast Member at (407)934-7639. They will help with canceling or changing your vacation dates. 

    If you made any Dining Reservations, cancel these to avoid any no-show fees. Theme Park Tickets purchased separately (not part of a Vacation Package) cannot be canceled or returned but can be used for future dates (additional cost may be incurred with any date change).
