Hiya, Wayne,
I’m sorry you won’t be able to visit the Disneyland Resort at this time. No worries though, the magic of
Walt Disney’s Original Magic Kingdom will be waiting until you can schedule another visit.
You can cancel your current theme park reservations by visiting the “
My Theme Park Reservations” page and selecting “Cancel Reservation.” From there, you will have the option of choosing which tickets will have reservations canceled.
Tony’s Tip: Be sure to securely save your tickets and/or ticket information. If you purchased your
theme park tickets directly from Disney, keep a copy of your purchase confirmation number. That’s the number that usually starts with DD, DOLY, or DOLM. Your ticket numbers and purchase confirmation number will be important if you happen to need to
re-link your tickets with your account.
When you are ready to schedule a visit, use the
theme park reservations page to book your new dates starting with the “Make Park Reservations” button for valid tickets already linked with your account. I hope you don’t have to wait too long. But if your tickets’ expiration date happens to pass before you’re able to book new theme park reservations, in most cases you may visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth to apply the original amount paid toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value. You can usually find your ticket expiration information in your purchase confirmation email or displayed in the Tickets and Passes section of the
Disneyland app.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Wayne. Should you have any more questions, please visit us again.
