I'm really sorry to hear that you need to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. Over the years, I've had the experience of needing to cancel and reschedule some of our family vacation plans for various reasons now and then, and I know it's always a bit disappointing. The bright side is that there's always a great, big, beautiful tomorrow to enjoy a getaway to "The Most Magical Place on Earth."
My best suggestion for you, Jennifer, is to call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can assist you. You can get familiar with the policies for cancellations and refunds by reviewing the
Terms and Conditions, and that will help you understand the timing of making cancellations. Typically when cancellations for a vacation package are made 30 days or more before arrival, the amount paid is refunded, with the important note that any third-party fees or non-refundable costs are excluded from the refund.
Jennifer, I'm hopeful that at some point you'll be looking to make your plans for your magical stay at the Walt Disney World Resort.
