Hi! If I need to cancel our Disney hotel after 60+10 days prior to our arrival, please can you let me know if our ADRs will be affected? Many thanks, Rachel

Greetings, Rachel, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm sorry to hear your plans may be changing but I do hope you can reschedule.  Although subject to change, dining reservations and other special experience reservations are not linked to resort hotel reservations.  If you decide to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation, you will need to cancel any other reservations you will not be using to avoid the no-show cancellation fee.

You can cancel or modify your reservations online.  From your computer, you can easily review your current reservations by logging on to your My Disney Experience account and selecting "My Plans."  Scroll down to the dining reservation you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Reservation" link.  From the My Disney Experience App, press the "Future Plans" tile.  Select the reservation you wish to cancel, and then press "Cancel."

If you prefer, you can always call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to speak to a Cast Member directly for assistance.

Rachel, I hope you find this information helpful.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.
