Christina, I’m sorry to hear you were having difficulties canceling your dining reservation. Disneyland Resort makes it fairly simple for Guests to cancel or make changes to their dining reservation. Let me walk you through the process, shall we?
When you made your dining reservation, you should have received a confirmation email. You can also use the
Disneyland mobile app to check your dining reservation also. Using the Disneyland mobile app, on the bottom right corner, you’ll see three small horizontal lines. Click on it and it’ll bring up your profile where you’ll see “My Plans”. When you click on it, it will show your current dining reservations. Pick the one you’d like to cancel, and it’ll provide more details including options to “cancel” or “modify”. Simply click on “cancel” and confirm your choice. Similarly, you can access your dining reservation online as well. When you log in to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com, hover your cursor over “My Disney” near the top right corner. You will see the link for “My Dining and Activity Reservations”. Clicking on it brings you to another page which displays your current dining reservations. Locate the one you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Reservation”. Voilà! Your dining reservation is canceled!
