    I need to cancel my dates tickets more than 5 days in advance, how do I do that?

    Welcome to planDisney, Holly. Thank you for visiting us today with your question. Sometimes life happens, and we have to cancel or postpone something we are really looking forward to, and I'm sorry this has happened to you!

    Disneyland Paris offers really flexible options when booking tickets directly. If you have booked an undated ticket, these are non-refundable, but you will be able to cancel your park reservation and make a new reservation within the year of the original purchase, subject to availability. If you have booked a dated ticket, you can cancel it for a full refund up to 3 days before your arrival. To do this, visit the My Bookings area of the Disneyland Paris website or give Disneyland Paris a call. Time is of the essence here, so please do cancel the ticket as soon as possible!
