I need to cancel a couple of reservations. How to?

    Welcome to planDisney Albert!

Plans change, so Mickey and his team have made it super easy to change or cancel reservations. On your My Disney Experience account, go to "My Plans." Here you will see all your plans listed. You will be able to change or cancel resort reservations, Dining Reservations, or change your current plans. I feel like my family is always changing things up so I really appreciate how easy it is to move things around.

A few things....make sure all unwanted Dining Reservations are canceled at least 24 hours prior to avoid any no-show fees. Moving the dates of your Theme Park Tickets? Any change in dates or ticket options may result in an additional cost. If canceling a room or vacation package, there may be a fee depending on how close you are to your vacation dates.

If you have any questions about your specific reservation, feel free to call a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1936 for assistance.

Wishing you a happy and magical visit to Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
