Making Advanced Dining Reservations is my favorite part of planning to visit the Disneyland Resort. The dining locations in
Downtown Disney have their own cancellation policies compared to those in
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
Céntrico currently does not have a cancellation policy, and there are no cancellation fees charged at this location. Because of this, you could cancel right before your reserved time. Out of courtesy to the restaurant and other guests who would like to dine, I recommend canceling as far in advance as possible if you know you will not be dining.
As you're planning to visit Downtown Disney, be sure to save room for dessert! My favorite choice for a sweet treat is scoops of ice cream at
Salt & Straw. They have a rotating seasonal menu every month, as well as many great regular flavors on their
menu. If you're too full for dessert, you can find many delicious treats to take home with you at
Disney Wonderful World of Sweets.
