    I need to cancel my booking reservation, what do I have to do?

    Olá Patricia! I'm so very sorry to hear you'll have to cancel your Disney Vacation Package reservation at this point. Please call (407) 939-7675 as soon as possible to speak with a Cast Member that will be able to help you with the cancellation. Please note there is a $200 cancellation fee, per package, when cancellations are made 44 days or less prior to guest arrival. You will also be responsible for any fees assessed by the airline for airfare. In the case of a non-refundable airline ticket, the cancellation fee is equal to the entire ticket price. Cancellation of a refundable airline ticket must be made at least 24 prior to scheduled airline departure time. Vacation insurance is non-refundable. Consider simply postponing your visit to another time that is better suited for you and your family. The change fee is $50 per package. If air travel has been ticketed, your will be responsible for any increase in airfare as well as the change fee assessed by the airline. We look forward to seeing you soon at the Walt Disney World Resort!
