I need to cancel my annual pass please

Hi there, Dusty. Thanks for swinging by planDisney. We're glad you're here!

There are so many benefits to being a Walt Disney World Annual Pass holder, such as discounts on Disney After Hours events and certain Enchanting Extras. Not to mention an entire year of fun at the theme parks throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!

I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel your Walt Disney World Annual Pass, Dusty. Though I understand that plans can change. If you have not yet activated your pass by using it for park entry, you have up to one year from the time of initial purchase of a new pass to do so. If, however, you've already used your pass, I am sorry to say that per the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder Terms and Conditions, "passes are nonrefundable and are nontransferable." I wish I had better news!

Dusty, in case you want to discuss your situation further, you may also choose to call the Annual Passholders line at (407) 939-7277 or reach out to Annual Passholders Support online

I hope this helps! Please visit us again real soon.
