Welcome to planDisney, Lizette. Let's get to what we do best: answering your
Disney vacation planning questions!
While the current limit is 4 total Guests for the
Disability Access Service, if there are more than 4 people in the immediate family of the Guest who qualifies, all five of you should be included. In order
to initiate a video call to determine if you qualify for this service, you would need to have valid theme park admission. When you're ready, you can initiate a call on your smart device, even if you are at the resort already. Please note that in-person registration is no longer available.
Before you visit, make sure you take a peek at the recently revamped
Accessibility Services page of the website. It is full of valuable and helpful information on the plethora of services available at the resort for Guests who need them. From
accessing attraction queues, to
wheelchair rentals, to
services at the resort hotels, this is your one-stop shop for everything you need to know before your visit.
I also see that you're visiting at the end of June. Make sure that if you'll be at
Magic Kingdom Park on or after June 28, 2024 you read into
everything you need to know about Tiana's Bayou Adventure. You're definitely going to want to go on down the bayou on this brand-new attraction, especially in the heat of the summer. I cannot stop listening to the new song, "
Special Spice," written exclusively for
this joyful attraction.
Lizette, enjoy your visit to the resort. If you have any other questions,
I'm always happy to answer them.
This band can't be beat,
Matt
