I need to buy 5 day park hoppers for our upcoming trip -- in August. I cannot seem to find the kids promo prices anywhere.. Can you help with that? Please and thank you

Meena! We're about to save some money. Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with this important question. My friends and family ask me all the time how they can travel to Walt Disney World on a budget and if there are any discounts or special offers. I am happy to report that the answer is yes! Let's take a look at what is currently available, and I'll share some additional money saving tips with you. Let's go!

There are a ton of ticket discounts available right now on the Special Offers page on the Disney World website. I am seeing the 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket, the Late Summer 2-Day, 2-Park Ticket to Select Parks, and additional savings for members of the military. Take a look at these options and see if they'll work for you. Special Offers are changing all the time, so be sure to check back to see what new savings become available.

If you're looking to purchase a 5-day Park Hopper ticket, you can hover over the "Tickets & Parks" tab at the top of the Disney World website and choose "Buy Theme Park Tickets" from the drop-down menu. From there, you can select the number of days and the date which you'd like your tickets to start. Choose the Park Hopper Option then the number of tickets and you're all set! I want to remind you that anyone under the age of 3 will not need a theme park ticket. You'll also note the age ranges for tickets as well, so make sure you purchase the proper tickets based on the ages of the children in your travel party.

Need some additional money saving tips? I use my big box store credit card to buy Disney gift cards and I save 5%, and the wholesale clubs near me also run specials on gift cards every now and then. I also save up credit card rewards and cash back from purchases to put toward my Disney travel budget. You can also store a gift card as a payment method in the My Disney Experience app for use on most purchases at Disney destinations, and this will certainly be a game-changer the next time I head to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

I hope this helps you hang onto some of those hard-earned dollars, Meena! Be sure to visit us again here at planDisney for more tips and tricks for maximizing your Disney budget. We love to help you save!

    Stay magical,
    Scott
