    need bus/travel time advice: We have reservations for: 2:05pm (after nap) Cinderellas royal table and 9:50am Chef Mickey's. We are staying at Art of Anim. and will need transportation from there. What time do we catch the bus to arrive on time?

    Hi Erica!

         You have plans to dine at two fabulous Walt Disney World restaurants! From your question it looks like you are going to eat at these two incredible restaurants on two separate days during your Walt Disney World vacation.  Typically, from the Art of Animation Resort it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom using Disney Transportation (the Buses) once you get on the bus.  Sometimes the wait a bus to come can be up to 20 minutes.  I would recommend budgeting at least 50 to 60 minutes of travel time to get to your Cinderella's Royal Table Advanced Dining Reservations because you have to go through bag check and the ticket turnstiles to enter the Magic Kingdom which takes some time as well.  For Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort, I would recommend planning for 60 to 75 minutes of travel time because you can not go directly to the Contemporary Resort from the Art of Animation Resort using Disney Transportation.  The best way that I have found to do this is to take a bus from the Art of Animation Resort to the Magic Kingdom and then take the Resort Monorail or a boat to the Contemporary Resort.  The quickest way is actually to walk from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort which is about a 10 minute walk (I would only recommend this route if everyone in your party has no difficulties with walking a short distance).
