Hello Tobyn,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is such a colorful, fun resort. Whether you're staying in Trinidad in one of the pirate rooms, or in another island village, you'll love the theming of this resort. With white sandy beaches, a pirate themed pool, play areas, and even a lush island for picnicking or relaxing, there is plenty to see and do before you even head to the theme parks.
There are seven bus stops at the resort, and you can wait at any one of them to get to Magic Kingdom. Often, you'll find that there is a stop located within steps of your room. There is signage on the front of each bus letting you know its destination. You'll just want to hop on the bus with a Magic Kingdom sign on it.
The bus ride, itself, only takes about 15 minutes, but there probably won't be a bus waiting for you when you walk to the stop. Buses generally run every 20 minutes or so. In the mornings when there are a lot of guests trying to get to the parks, they tend to run more frequently, so if the bus you are waiting for fills up, another one will be coming right behind. I generally recommend giving yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time. It may not take that long, but that way you aren't rushed.
If you're going to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios,
Disney Skyliner is a convenient and fun new way to travel. The main hub is located near the Jamaica section of the resort. My family stayed there last year, and we fell in love with Caribbean Beach Resort because of the easy access to two parks!
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
