Do i Need bugspray at the Fort Wilderness Cabins during January?

    HI Lisa,

The Fort Wilderness Cabins are themed as rustic log cabins, but they are really more like well appointed vacation villas.  You should not have a bug problem at all.  If you do, contact the front desk immediately.  I've been down to WDW many times in January and the bugs are not bad.  The weather is cool and dry and that usually keeps the bugs to a minimum.

I hope you enjoy your stay at the Cabins at Fort Wilderness.

Thanks for the question - Michelle

I have been fortunate enough to be on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel since 2008.  As a Disney World enthusiast, I can’t imagine a greater opportunity.  My husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and I visit WDW a few times a year.
