It sounds as though a dashing young prince will soon be making his way to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Welcome to planDisney, Sharon!
I recommend leaving your son’s birth certificate safely at home. In my many visits to Disney World with my children, we’ve never once been asked to prove proof of age. While that is the case for my family (and many others), on rare occasions, Cast Members have been known to inquire about the age of a child. If you have any concern that the age of your child might be in question at any time during your visit, I recommend simply having a photograph of your child’s birth certificate on your phone. If you are questioned, you can show the photo to the Cast Member.
The
Disney Dining Plan is a great idea, Sharon! I find that the meal plan adds so much convenience to our vacation! It is nice to visit the hotel and theme parks knowing that we’ve already paid for most of our meals, snacks, beverages, etc! The Disney Dining Plan adds a bit more magic to an already magical vacation!
Here is a PRO TIP for you, Sharon! You can continue to use your Disney Dining Plan through midnight on your checkout date! So, even if you’ve already checked out of your room, you can continue to use any remaining meals, snacks, etc. still available on your plan!
And, as a bonus PRO TIP, Sharon, be sure to check the
Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World Resort website! You may very well discover a great offer for adding the Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package!
Dreams do come true!
