Hi Stephanie,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!
My little guy has always been really big for his age, so I was often worried that people would ask us for identification when we visited
Walt Disney World Resort, especially when he was under 3 years old and didn’t need a
Theme Park Ticket.
I’m happy to say that Cast Members would sometimes ask me how old he was (and be surprised at the answer!) but no one ever asked me to “prove” how old he was with identification. Because there’s always a chance that policies and procedures may change and that identification may be required for little ones, I’d recommend having a picture of your children’s passports in your smartphone or a photocopy on hand, just in case you need identification for them. I also find that to be handy, generally, when travelling outside of Canada.
Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
