Hi Anne-Marie, welcome to planDisney!
Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the riverbend. Let's go over some items on the pre-arrival checklist. Does every member of your party over the age of three have valid admission
linked in
My Disney Experience and a
theme park reservation for each park day? A glance at the
theme park reservation availability calendar shows June dates are filling up; it's important to let Mickey and the rest of the
Fab 50 characters know when and where they can expect you during the
50th Anniversary Celebration.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is one of the many systems and processes Walt Disney World Resort has in place to ensure all Guests have inclusive access to magical experiences throughout the four theme parks. There are two ways Guests can register for this service: 2-30 days in advance via live video chat or on-site at
Guest Relations.
Currently, Guests are only able to video chat from the United States, which unfortunately means you won't be able to add this item to your pre-arrival checklist. I'm happy to report that it's typically less time-consuming to register for DAS once you get to Walt Disney World. Once you enter your first theme park, stop by Guest Relations where a Cast Member will be happy to assist you with the registration process. At that time, I also recommend saying you'd like to make two DAS Advance return times for all park days that are at least two days in the future. A DAS registration is good for 60 days.
I hope you find this information helpful, Anne-Marie. You've got questions, planDisney's got answers. Pixie dust included! ✧✧
