I need to book two rooms exactly alike (tickets, etc.) but can't see a way to do that at the same time.

Howdy, Debbie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with such a great question!

I am so excited for you to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, especially since your visit is just around the corner! If you ask me, there is nothing quite like an impromptu visit to Walt Disney World, so we’re definitely kindred spirits, Debbie! I just know you will have such a magical time since Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary will still be in full swing during your visit! How lucky to be able to be a part of this historic event! Make sure you don't miss my favorite part of the celebration, Beacons of Magic, where all four theme parks icons are transformed into stunning wonders of EARidescent light and color that will blow you away. Don't forget to grab a family photo in front of all four. They make for an absolutely perfect backdrop!

Time is of the essence, Debbie, so let’s get to booking that vacation, shall we?! To book two vacation packages online, you would need to make a separate reservation for each room and group of Guests. To get started, head over to Explore Resorts page on the Walt Disney World Resort website, select your check-in and check-out dates, and complete the booking process for room number one. Then, once that reservation is confirmed, head back to the Explore Resorts and follow the same steps to book room number two. When you are making the reservations, you will need to add the Guests to each room, so make sure there are no duplicates as you make your second reservation.

Once you reach the check-out page for your second reservation, you will see “Rooms and Amenity Requests” under the Guest Information section. If you click on “Change,” you will be able to request to be near or connect to room number one. You will just need to put in the first initial, last name, and check In date from your first reservation. While there is no way to guarantee these requests, I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Alternatively, you can always give the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team a call, and one of the helpful Cast Members there will be happy to help you book both rooms over the phone!

I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! If you have any other questions as you wrap up the planning of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please stop back over to planDisney! We would love to help make sure your vacation is practically perfect in every way!

    Happy planning!
