I need to book transfers for my family and myself from Port Canaveral cruise terminal to Orlando airport on June 26.

Hi there, Darrell! Welcome to planDisney!

Your cruise is right on the horizon, and I’m overjoyed for you! While a Disney cruise any time of year is my favorite vacation, I especially love the relaxation that comes with sailing aboard Captain Mickey's ship during those leisurely summer months!

I would be happy to help guide you on how to book Ground Transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport. It’s a super easy process that Disney Cruise Line provides for us, making it that much easier to have a magical vacation!

You may book Ground Transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport (MCO) either on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or by calling Disney Cruise Line. If you used a travel agent to book your Disney cruise vacation, you will need to call them to book Ground Transportation. The cost of Ground Transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport is $45 per person. Please note that prices are always subject to change at any time.

If making the reservation on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, open up your reservation on the app, and then tap "Next Steps". Scroll down till you see "Ground Transportation" and then follow the prompts to make the reservation. If you're calling Disney Cruise Line, a Cast Member will make the Ground Transportation reservation for you. If you used a travel agent, they will reach out to Disney Cruise Line to make the reservation.

If you’re wondering about how Ground Transportation works on the day you debark your cruise, the Key to the World Card given to you once on board will have the letters “PA” in the upper right corner, indicating that you have purchased a transfer from the port to the airport. When you debark your cruise, and after picking up your luggage, you will show your Key to the World Card to the bus drivers at the port, who will know that you’re supposed to board their bus to head over to the airport.

Darrell, I hope that this helped offer guidance on how to book Ground Transportation for your cruise. I wish you the most wonderful memories on board! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
