I need to book my park and genie days but I only have The Ticket order number. Can’t proceed. I need help.

    Hey Larissa!
I’m so excited to hEAR you are planning a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I’m a little jealous you’ve already got your tickets booked and can start the official countdown to Main Street, U.S.A. You are going to have a blast!

As you know, you will need to have both a park ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservations for entry to Walt Disney World Resort, so let’s see if we can get those tickets linked up to your account!

In order to book your Disney Park Pass, Genie and Genie+ experience, you will need to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If you do not already have a My Disney Experience account, you will need to create one to access Genie, book park passes, dining reservations, and view your Disney PhotoPass photos. Once you log in to your My Disney Experience account, go to “My Plans.” You should see a little ticket icon with Mickey Mouse ears on it. Click on the icon and select “Link Tickets.” You will then be able to enter your ticket confirmation order number for each ticket. After your tickets are linked, you will then be able to select from available Disney Park Pass reservations and add on Genie+.

If you prefer to use the My Disney Experience mobile app instead, the process is relatively similar. Once you open the app, locate the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select “Tickets and Passes” from the menu. Next, press the blue “plus sign” in the top right corner to go through the process of linking your tickets.

I hope this is helpful and gets you on the way to the next stage of planning. If you are still experiencing difficulty, you can speak to a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357.

    Have a Magical Trip!
