I need to get back to the resort for my kids nap time every day. Which moderate resort provides the best transportation to go back & forth from parks to hotel daily? Looking for short travel time and convenience. Moderate resorts only. Thanks!!

    Hi Preethy,

Walt Disney World is huge.  Although the bus transportation is quite reliable, it still takes quite a bit of time to travel from point A to point B.  A lot of the moderate resorts have several stops because of their size, which can also slow down your travel.  Port Orleans Riverside is a bit smaller than some of the other moderate resorts, so it might be your best bet.  My husband and I stayed at Coronado Springs in January and found the transportation to be quite efficient.  You'll want to make sure you request a room that is located close to a bus stop for easy access.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
